Thank you for choosing me for ALL your beauty needs✨ ☑️ DEPOSITS I require a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit upon booking (Full sets only), which goes towards your service! ☑️ RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS I understand things happen, life is unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please make sure to do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you DO NOT reschedule within 24 hours, you will forfeit the $25 deposit fee, and/or will need to repay another deposit before rebooking for any service. If you need to cancel your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service amount (via zelle, cashapp or apple pay if your card is not on file). And /or will be required to pay another deposit fee before rebooking for any service. Failure to send cancellation fee results in NO FUTURE BOOKING! NO EXCEPTIONS! ☑️ LATE POLICY If you know you are running behind please reach out to me and let me know. You have a 5 minute grace period. Anything after 10 minutes will result in an additional $10 & anything after 15 minutes, your appt will be cancelled. If you decide to book again you will have to pay another deposit. ☑️NO SHOW NO CALL & NO SHOW = BLOCKED FROM FUTURE BOOKING WITH ME You will be charged 100% of the service! NO EXCEPTIONS! ☑️REMAINING BALANCES The remaining balances are to be paid in CASH ONLY!!! I will no longer be accepting Zelle or Cashapp for remaining balances! If you do not have cash, I will charge an extra $5 for electronic transactions. NO REFUNDS!!!! ☑️ EXTRAS I offer Same day appointments which are an extra fee of $25. I offer early bird appts or late night appts with an extra fee of $25. I also offer foreign fills with an extra fee of $25 ☑️ PRE-APPOINTMENT Please make sure to come with a clean, oil-free face, and clean lashes! It will be an additional $10 if I have to wash your lashes. Remember lashes, tape & eyepads don’t stick to dirty lashes! If you are sick, or feeling under the weather, please reschedule your appointment! There are NO EXTRA GUESTS allowed at your appointment!
